Maple Turkey Burgers

(Makes 4-5 and I use these through the week.  Great on Salads or along with veggies on the side.

1 lb Lean Ground Turkey

2 T pure maple syrup

1 tsp Dried Thyme

2 tsp Ground Sage

1 tsp Sea Salt

2 T Coconut Oil

Mix turkey, syrup, thyme, sage, and salt in a bowl.  Divide in to 4-5 patties  Chill in freezer on a parchment-lined tray for 15 minutes if you have time or just get started cooking them.  Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.  Fry each burger patty until cooked through, about 4 to 6 minutes per side.  Set aside to cool slightly and ENJOY! :)
